- 120 ml panko breadcrumbs
- 180 ml grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
- Fresh herbs or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 74°C.

Notes
Panko breadcrumbs are ideal for achieving maximum crispiness. Ensure the chicken rests post-cooking for juiciness.
