Snickers Fudge

A creamy, irresistible fudge that combines chocolate, caramel, and salty peanuts, inspired by the beloved Snickers bar.

Ingredients

  • 240 ml milk chocolate chips
  • 60 ml butterscotch chips
  • 60 ml peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 60 ml condensed milk
  • 425 g marshmallow crème
  • 60 ml peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 170 g chopped salted peanuts
  • 397 g caramel cubes
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 240 ml milk chocolate chips
  • 60 ml butterscotch chips
  • 60 ml creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Lightly spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the first layer: Melt milk chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir and cool: Stir until smooth, pour into the pan, and spread evenly. Place in the fridge until set.
  4. Melt the butter for the second layer: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add sugar and condensed milk: Add sugar and condensed milk and bring to a boil.
  6. Cook and stir: Let it boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  7. Remove from heat: Take the pot off the heat.
  8. Mix in remaining ingredients: Quickly stir in marshmallow crème, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  9. Add peanuts: Stir in the chopped peanuts and spread evenly over the chocolate layer.
  10. Refrigerate: Place the pan back in the fridge until this layer is set.
  11. Melt the caramel: Melt caramel cubes and heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
  12. Pour the caramel: Pour the caramel mixture over the peanut layer and refrigerate until set.
  13. Melt the fourth layer ingredients: Repeat the first step (melting chocolate, butterscotch, and peanut butter) over low heat until smooth.
  14. Pour the final layer: Pour the mixture over the caramel layer and chill for at least one hour before cutting.

Notes

Let each layer cool completely before adding the next one to ensure proper setting and structure.
