Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g unsalted butter
- 250g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 120g all-purpose flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150g chocolate chips
- 100g cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl.
- Stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt, then gradually fold into the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cookie dough on top of the brownie layer.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter and smooth it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
