- 200g Graham crackers

- 150g white chocolate

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Mix the Graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporate peanut butter, white chocolate, and vanilla until fully blended.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Prepare the ganache by melting white chocolate and peanut butter together.
- Drizzle the ganache over the cooled cheesecake.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries if desired.
Notes
Ensure the cheesecake cools completely before refrigerating for best texture. The ganache can be substituted with a classic chocolate ganache for variation.
